Low Residual Oxygen Nitrogen Gas Generator

The low residual oxygen nitrogen gas generator is a customized high-purity nitrogen production device optimized based on mature PSA pressure swing adsorption and catalytic deoxidation integrated technology, specially developed for industrial scenarios that require ultra-low oxygen residue in finished nitrogen. Different from conventional ordinary PSA nitrogen generators with residual oxygen ranging from 100ppm to 5000ppm, this model adopts a two-stage purification structure combining primary air separation and secondary catalytic deoxidation, which can stably control residual oxygen content below 1ppm under continuous working conditions, and the minimum residual oxygen index can reach 0.1ppm for customized models. Equipped with imported high-density carbon molecular sieve and palladium-based noble metal deoxidation catalyst, the equipment realizes efficient capture and irreversible removal of trace oxygen molecules in crude nitrogen, avoiding oxidation reaction between residual oxygen and processed materials in high-precision production links. The whole deoxidation process adopts constant-temperature catalytic reaction, without consuming excessive auxiliary materials, and only needs a small amount of high-purity hydrogen for reaction matching, which features low chemical loss and stable long-term operation.

This generator has built-in intelligent gas circulation balance system and temperature self-adjusting module to adapt to complex ambient temperature changes from -10to 55. Most low-oxygen nitrogen equipment fails to maintain stable oxygen index in high-temperature workshop environments, but this model can automatically adjust adsorption pressure and catalytic reaction temperature to guarantee constant residual oxygen value 24 hours a day. Its shell adopts anti-corrosion carbon steel spraying material, and the internal gas pipeline is made of 304 stainless steel to prevent pipeline rust from bringing impurity particles and affecting gas purity. Compared with traditional liquid nitrogen procurement and bottled high-purity nitrogen supply modes, the on-site gas production mode cuts down 40% of long-term operating costs, eliminates hidden dangers of high-pressure cylinder transportation and liquid nitrogen volatilization loss, and realizes independent and controllable nitrogen supply for enterprises.

It is widely applied in core high-precision industries including semiconductor wafer packaging, lithium battery electrolyte filling, aerospace component heat treatment, pharmaceutical raw material synthesis and vacuum metallurgy. For oxidation-sensitive metal smelting and electronic chip sealing processes, ultra-low residual oxygen nitrogen can effectively prevent product surface oxidation, discoloration and performance attenuation, greatly improving finished product yield. In addition, the equipment supports remote data monitoring of residual oxygen value, with automatic alarm function once oxygen content exceeds the set threshold, which facilitates workshop staff to conduct unified management and fault troubleshooting, reducing manual detection frequency and operational labor cost.
