Nitrogen Generator Matching High Pressure Booster Compressor

The matched nitrogen generator equipped with dedicated high-pressure booster compressor is a professional graded pressure nitrogen supply system developed for high-pressure nitrogen application scenarios that conventional low-pressure PSA nitrogen generators cannot meet. Ordinary nitrogen generators only produce nitrogen at 0.6-0.8MPa standard pressure, while this matched system adds an oil-free high-pressure nitrogen booster compressor after the nitrogen separation host, realizing secondary pressure boosting of qualified low-pressure nitrogen to customized high pressure ranging from 1.0MPa to 40MPa. The whole set adopts graded linkage design: low-pressure screw air compressor provides raw compressed air, multi-stage purification system delivers clean dry air to PSA nitrogen generator to produce qualified nitrogen, and the dedicated booster conducts oil-free pressurization without changing nitrogen purity. The booster is specially calibrated matching nitrogen medium, different from ordinary air boosters, which avoids nitrogen pollution, medium corrosion and pressure instability caused by universal booster transformation.

The graded working mechanism ensures both nitrogen purity stability and high-pressure output performance of the whole matched system. In the primary nitrogen production stage, the supporting standard PSA nitrogen generator maintains stable nitrogen purity from 99% to 99.999%, with built-in purity online analyzer to reject unqualified nitrogen automatically, preventing impure gas from entering the booster chamber and causing cylinder wear. The matched high-pressure booster adopts fully oil-free piston compression structure, using food-grade self-lubricating piston rings, so no lubricating oil is involved in the nitrogen compression process, guaranteeing zero oil content of outlet high-pressure nitrogen, which meets the strict oil-free gas standard of petrochemical, fire fighting and high-pressure testing industries. Meanwhile, the booster is equipped with independent circulating water cooling or air cooling system, which controls exhaust temperature within safe range even under long-time full-load boosting operation, preventing high-temperature decomposition of trace impurities and nitrogen quality deterioration during pressure increase.

This nitrogen and booster matched system is equipped with interlocking safety control program to improve operational safety greatly. The system sets interlocking protection of nitrogen low-purity shutdown, booster overpressure shutdown, cooling system failure alarm and pipeline pressure relief. When the nitrogen generator fails to reach set purity, the booster will automatically stop intake to avoid invalid compression and equipment abrasion. Diversified outlet pressure customization supports segmented pressure output: medium pressure 1.0-4.0MPa for injection molding nitrogen blowing and pipeline pressure test, high pressure 5.0-25MPa for fire extinguisher nitrogen filling and oilfield wellhead pressurization, ultra-high pressure 25-40MPa for hydraulic equipment energy storage and aerospace component testing. Compared with purchasing high-pressure bottled nitrogen, this matched on-site boosting system reduces gas procurement cost by more than 65%, realizes uninterrupted high-pressure nitrogen supply, and avoids transportation, handling and explosion risks of high-pressure gas cylinders. It is the preferred fixed gas supply solution for high-pressure industrial scenarios.
