Sample preparation is the basic core link of all analytical experiments, and the stability and purity of nitrogen gas directly determine the accuracy and repeatability of sample pretreatment results. Nitrogen generators specially used for sample preparation laboratories are customized for conventional pretreatment operations such as sample drying, nitrogen blowing concentration, sample protection, oxygen isolation, and solvent volatilization. Different from high-purity nitrogen generators for precision instrument detection, sample preparation-oriented generators balance gas purity, flow rate flexibility, and operational economy, which can efficiently meet the diverse gas demand of batch sample pretreatment and avoid sample oxidation, contamination, and component loss caused by unqualified gas.
In terms of performance parameters, sample preparation laboratory nitrogen generators adopt mature membrane separation and PSA composite technology, with nitrogen purity stably maintained between 99.5% and 99.99%, which fully meets the gas standard of conventional sample pretreatment experiments. The equipment supports adjustable wide-range flow rate output, which can adapt to low-flow fine nitrogen blowing of trace samples and high-flow rapid oxygen isolation of batch samples, solving the problem of single flow rate of traditional generators that cannot match diversified pretreatment operations. The built-in multi-stage filtration system can effectively remove particulate impurities, moisture, and oxygen in the air, prevent impurity adsorption on the sample surface, and avoid experimental errors caused by sample deterioration during pretreatment. At the same time, the equipment has fast gas production startup speed, which can reach stable working state in a short time and improve the efficiency of laboratory batch sample processing.
The practical advantages of dedicated nitrogen generators in sample preparation laboratories are reflected in cost control and experimental stability. Sample preparation laboratories have frequent gas demand and large cumulative gas consumption. Traditional cylinder nitrogen supply has high long-term use costs, and frequent cylinder replacement will interrupt the sample pretreatment process and affect experimental progress. On-site gas production nitrogen generators realize unlimited continuous gas supply, with low operating and maintenance costs, which greatly reduces the laboratory’s daily operating expenditure. In addition, the equipment is equipped with a stable pressure output system, which ensures consistent gas flow and pressure in each sample pretreatment operation, standardizes experimental conditions, and improves the repeatability of sample preparation. It is widely applicable to food detection, environmental monitoring, pharmaceutical analysis, and chemical testing sample pretreatment scenarios, providing reliable basic gas support for subsequent instrumental analysis experiments.
