The equipment uses a differential pressure monitoring module to real-timely capture the pressure difference before and after filter elements and membrane components, accurately predict hidden faults such as filter blockage and membrane aging, realize predictive maintenance, and avoid sudden equipment shutdown. All operating data are uploaded to the control system in real time to form visual data reports, meeting the traceability management requirements of standardized industrial equipment.

The whole machine is equipped with vibration, temperature and electrical safety monitoring sensors to real-timely monitor equipment operating abnormal noise, body temperature rise, circuit load and other states, and accurately identify potential safety hazards such as mechanical wear, overload operation and circuit abnormalities.
