The corrosion resistant nitrogen compressor is a core air source equipment specially developed for harsh industrial working conditions such as high humidity, acid and alkali environment, dust and corrosive gas. The core advantage of the equipment lies in the full-material anti-corrosion adaptive design. Different from the ordinary carbon steel material of conventional compressors, all core components in contact with gas and air are made of corrosion-resistant materials. The air inlet pipeline, gas storage cavity and valve group components adopt stainless steel materials, which feature excellent resistance to acid, alkali, oxidation and water vapor corrosion, and can effectively resist the erosion of corrosive media such as chloride ions and sulfides in the air. The fuselage shell is made of high-strength anti-corrosion alloy plate with thickened and reinforced technology, avoiding shell rust peeling and perforation of traditional equipment. It adapts to harsh and complex working conditions such as outdoor open-air environment, humid salt fog and chemical waste gas, fundamentally eliminating material corrosion and damage.
In terms of structural anti-corrosion design, the equipment adopts an optimized layout with water and dust accumulation prevention, abandoning the dead-angle accumulation structure of traditional equipment. The overall pipeline adopts a streamlined seamless design with smooth inner walls without residual impurities, preventing local corrosion and pipeline blockage caused by the deposition and adhesion of corrosive media. The scientific and reasonable water and dust discharge structure can automatically discharge condensed water and impurity pollutants, avoiding internal rust caused by long-term water accumulation. Meanwhile, the equipment is equipped with a closed protective structure, which effectively isolates external corrosive gas and dust from invading the core movement, protects precision core components such as bearings, motors and cylinders from corrosive wear, and ensures long-term high-precision operation of the equipment.
The upgraded multi-layer process protection and sealing system further strengthen the equipment’s corrosion resistance. The whole machine adopts three-layer anti-corrosion spraying technology including sandblasting derusting, anti-corrosion primer and wear-resistant topcoat. The paint film has strong adhesion, excellent wear and corrosion resistance, and can resist daily friction, water vapor erosion and chemical corrosion. The sealing components are made of special corrosion-resistant fluororubber, which is high-temperature resistant, acid and alkali resistant and anti-aging, avoiding sealing cracking and air leakage failures in corrosive environments. Compared with ordinary compressors, this equipment has greatly improved corrosion resistance, with a failure rate reduced by more than 60% and a significantly extended service life. It does not require frequent replacement of parts, effectively reducing enterprises’ later operation and maintenance costs and shutdown losses.
