The high-pressure nitrogen generator unit equipped with a nitrogen booster is a high-pressure gas supply integrated equipment integrating nitrogen preparation, purification and pressure boosting, which is widely used in industrial high-pressure gas supply scenarios such as mechanical processing, pressure testing, oil and gas exploitation, and aerospace testing. The unit adopts two-stage working configuration of primary nitrogen production and secondary pressure boosting. The primary nitrogen generation system uses PSA pressure swing adsorption technology to produce high-purity nitrogen with a purity of 99.9%-99.999% and a conventional output pressure of 0.1-0.6MPa, ensuring the purity foundation of the gas source. The matched nitrogen booster adopts pneumatic or electric boosting mode, with a single-stage boosting ratio of 1:10, and the maximum output pressure can reach 40MPa, which can be adjusted steplessly according to actual working conditions. The booster is equipped with a high-precision pressure stabilizing valve and a buffer tank, which can eliminate pressure fluctuation in the boosting process and ensure that the output high-pressure nitrogen pressure is stable and continuous, with a pressure stability error less than ±0.05MPa.

In terms of overall unit performance and protection configuration, the equipment is equipped with a multi-stage filtration and purification system, which removes water, oil and impurity particles in nitrogen layer by layer, ensuring that the high-pressure output nitrogen meets industrial high-precision standards. The whole unit has multiple safety protection functions such as overpressure automatic relief, overload shutdown, low pressure start-stop and over-temperature protection, which can avoid equipment damage and safety accidents caused by abnormal pressure and temperature. The unit adopts an integrated skid-mounted design, with compact structure and convenient transportation and installation. It can operate continuously for 24 hours, with high working efficiency and low failure rate, and can stably provide high-pressure and high-purity nitrogen for long-term industrial high-pressure operation scenarios.
