The Modular CMS Nitrogen Generator is a new-generation on-site nitrogen production equipment tailor-made for smart factories in the Industry 4.0 era. In terms of intelligent modular architecture design, the equipment abandons the fixed integrated structure of traditional devices and adopts a standardized functional module splicing mode, covering five independent units: intelligent pretreatment module, CMS adsorption separation module, intelligent pressure-stabilized gas transmission module, PLC central control module, and data acquisition and transmission module. Equipped with an industrial-grade PLC intelligent central control system and high-definition HMI human-computer interaction terminal, the device integrates high-precision oxygen content sensors, pressure sensors, flow monitoring modules and temperature acquisition units to collect core data such as nitrogen purity, working pressure, gas flow and molecular sieve operating status 24/7. Relying on built-in intelligent algorithms, the system dynamically analyzes the gas load changes of production lines and automatically adjusts the dual-tower adsorption sequence, inlet pressure and gas flux, realizing adaptive operation of energy reduction under low load and stable capacity under full load. The nitrogen purity can be intelligently and accurately adjusted from 95% to 99.999%. No manual parameter modification is required throughout the process, eliminating manual commissioning errors and fully matching the precise gas consumption standards of production lines.
The equipment is equipped with a complete intelligent safety and independent protection system to ensure stable operation under intelligent working conditions in all aspects. The system has a built-in intelligent fault self-diagnosis program, which can real-timely screen potential faults such as molecular sieve failure, abnormal pipeline pressure, filter blockage and over-temperature, accurately locate fault points, store fault data synchronously and push alarm reminders. For substandard gas, the equipment triggers an intelligent emptying mechanism to intercept unqualified nitrogen and prevent inferior gas from entering the production line. Meanwhile, it is equipped with multiple intelligent protection functions including overload, overpressure, underpressure and power failure protection, realizing automatic shutdown and self-locking in case of sudden working condition abnormalities to avoid equipment loss and production safety hazards. Compared with the passive alarm mode of traditional equipment, this model realizes full closed-loop safety management of early warning, active protection and intelligent error correction, greatly reducing the equipment failure shutdown rate.
In terms of digital intelligent operation and maintenance, the modular CMS nitrogen generator adapts to the operation and maintenance system of modern smart factories. It supports industrial communication protocols such as Modbus and TCP/IP, and can be seamlessly connected with factory digital management systems including SCADA and MES to realize cloud data upload, remote monitoring and centralized control. Operation and maintenance personnel can view real-time equipment operating data, historical working conditions, energy consumption statistics and consumable service life through terminals.
