  Onsite Nitrogen Gas Generation equipment is an integrated complete gas preparation device developed to meet the self-gas supply demands of modern industries. Adopting mature pressure swing adsorption separation technology, it takes atmospheric air as raw material and can complete nitrogen purification and stable gas supply directly on the production site without external gas sources, liquid nitrogen storage tanks and supporting cold chain facilities. The rear end is equipped with a pressure-stabilizing buffer gas storage tank, which effectively balances the fluctuation of gas production pressure and flow, avoids abnormal gas supply caused by instantaneous pressure instability, and ensures the stable operation of terminal gas-using equipment.

  In terms of intelligent control and operating performance, the onsite nitrogen gas generation equipment is equipped with a full-automatic PLC intelligent control system and high-definition human-computer interaction interface, realizing unattended operation in the whole process. It supports one-key start and stop, can produce qualified gas quickly without long-time preheating and commissioning, and its response speed efficiently adapts to the start-stop rhythm of production lines. Built-in high-precision online monitoring modules collect core data in real time, including nitrogen purity, gas production pressure, flow rate and equipment operating load, and dynamically adjust operating parameters adaptively. The nitrogen purity can be precisely adjusted within the range of 95%–99.999%, meeting the differentiated gas supply standards of equipment in various industries. Meanwhile, it is equipped with functions of automatic fault detection, abnormal alarm, overload protection and automatic discharge of unqualified gas, which effectively avoids equipment faulty operation and unqualified gas output, ensuring equipment operation safety and gas supply quality.
