Low-Flow Maintenance-Free N2 Nitrogen Generator Model for Laboratory

Laboratory low-flow nitrogen generators are mainly used for analytical instruments such as gas chromatographs, mass spectrometers and atomic absorption spectrometers, providing high-purity and stable nitrogen carrier gas and protective gas. Different from industrial equipment, laboratory nitrogen generators have small gas flow, high purity requirements and strict requirements for low noise and maintenance-free performance. The maintenance-free model is specially designed for laboratory scenarios with limited manpower and high environmental standards, realizing long-term stable operation without daily maintenance, which greatly reduces the laboratory equipment management cost.

This type of maintenance-free nitrogen generator mostly adopts optimized membrane separation and low-power PSA integrated technology, with a gas flow range of 0.1-5L/min, which fully meets the gas demand of conventional laboratory analytical instruments. The equipment abandons the traditional complex structural design, integrates the air source purification, separation and pressure stabilization systems into a miniaturized integrated module, and eliminates vulnerable parts such as easily worn valves and filter elements that need frequent replacement. The whole machine has no consumable parts that need regular replacement, realizing real zero daily maintenance.

In terms of performance, the laboratory maintenance-free nitrogen generator can stably output nitrogen with purity of 99.9%-99.999%, with stable air pressure and flow, no fluctuation, and effectively protect the precision instruments from gas impurity interference. The equipment has a low-noise design, with operating noise lower than 40dB, which does not affect the laboratory working environment. It supports plug-and-play operation, automatic start and stop according to gas consumption, and has multiple protection functions such as overpressure, overheating and leakage protection. It is widely used in chemical analysis, environmental detection, food testing and university laboratory research scenarios, becoming the mainstream supporting equipment for modern laboratory precision instruments.
