2. Core Working Principle
Adopting optimized PSA pressure swing adsorption nitrogen generation principle and equipped with a dual-tower alternating cycle gas production structure and multi-stage voltage stabilization and purification system, the equipment realizes zero parameter drift and stable fluctuation-free gas production throughout the whole process through hardware upgrading and algorithm optimization, adapting to long-term continuous operation conditions. The whole operation process is fully automatic and closed-loop, maintaining constant gas production without manual intervention.
After being compressed by an air compressor, ambient air first enters the high-efficiency front pre-treatment system to filter dust, liquid water, oil mist and suspended impurities step by step, thoroughly purify the raw gas source, avoid molecular sieve pollution and blockage caused by impurities entering the core adsorption unit, and ensure the long-term operation stability of the equipment from the source. Clean compressed air enters two symmetrically configured high-precision adsorption towers. Based on the difference in adsorption rate between oxygen and nitrogen molecules, the intelligent program accurately controls the alternating cycle process of pressure adsorption and pressure relief desorption, efficiently separates oxygen, carbon dioxide and impurity gases in the air, and enriches high-purity nitrogen. The built-in intelligent constant control system dynamically fine-tunes operating parameters in real time and locks gas production standards throughout the operation.
